Head-to-Toe Assessment Refresher Workshop

The Daphne Cockwell of Nursing, Toronto Metropolitan University, is pleased to offer an interactive one day refresher on Head-to-Toe assessment of an adult patient. This course will benefit NP students that are enrolled in Fall PHCNP 2024 program. This health assessment refresher provides an excellent opportunity for NP students to review and skillfully practice a head-to-toe examination of an adult patient that is required in the Advanced Health Assessment and Diagnostic (AHAD) course. Students have found that this refresher assisted in the preparation for the in-class evaluation of their physical assessment skills.

The one-day course will be held on Wed Aug 28th from 8:30am to 4:30pm at TMU facilitated by:
Sarah Kalvoda, PHCNP and Nancy Rudyk, Professional Practice Coordinator, DCSN NP program.
