Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

By completing this registration form you are enrolling in the Performance Enrichment Program and are assuming the financial responsibility for this enrolment.

The Performance Enrichment Program payment schedule is as follows:

$75.00 non-refundable deposit payable upon registration (paid towards total balance)
50% of remaining balance within 60 days of program start date
Remaining balance due 30 days from program start date

If payment is not received by the applicable deadline(s), your registration will be terminated.

Any cancellation made before 30 days of the program start date will be refunded less the appropriate deposit fees.

Any cancellation made later than 30 days prior to the program start date will not be refunded and any remaining balance will still be owed.
