Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refund before September 1, minus a $30 admin fee. Cancellations made between September 2 and 15 will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations received after September 15. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers. Requests should be sent to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.
