This is a training that explores Thriving in Action’s uniquely blended curriculum, combining Positive Psychology principles like resilience, self-compassion, and gratitude with holistic learning strategies such as mindful time management, calm and confident test-taking, and simplified notetaking strategies. Over five sessions, individuals will gain holistic tools for supporting students academically and beyond, while also learning about current research, updated iterations, and how educators are implementing TiA on their campuses.
